ABDUCTION captures the moment when an encounter takes a darker turn.
A sterling silver flying saucer dominates the ring, its circular windows running around the edge of the craft while a human silhouette appears beneath its beam.
This time, it is no longer simply about seeing something in the sky.
Something has seen you too.
ABDUCTION means exactly what it suggests: abduction.
A name directly inspired by alien abduction accounts and close encounter stories in which witnesses claim to have been taken aboard an unknown craft before returning with only fragments of memory.
The scene represented on the ring recalls one of the most iconic images of modern UFO folklore: a human figure suspended beneath a spacecraft, caught in its beam.
But ABDUCTION reveals another detail once the light fades.
Small inclusions of photoluminescent resin are set into the windows around the edge of the flying saucer and into the decorated face surrounding the opal.
After exposure to light, these details gradually release a glow in the dark, as if the craft were still active long after night has fallen.
At the centre of this face is a 4 mm white synthetic opal.
Its shifting reflections contrast with the silver and the glowing elements, evoking a source of energy or the luminous core of the craft.
Inspired by alien abduction stories, UFO culture and modern extraterrestrial folklore, ABDUCTION is part of the I WANT TO BELIEVE collection.

The flying saucer is made from 925 sterling silver and measures approximately 16 mm in diameter.
Its surface is worked with multiple details reminiscent of portholes, mechanical structures and the lights of an unidentified craft.
The ring weighs approximately 14 g, giving it a substantial presence on the hand and reinforcing its appearance as a small mechanical artefact.
The photoluminescent resin charges when exposed to a light source.
The intensity and duration of the glow may vary depending on the strength and length of the previous light exposure.
Sterling silver naturally evolves over time.
Exposure to air, skin and the elements may gradually create a patina on the surface. This natural ageing can be left untouched to give the piece more character or cleaned to restore the silver’s shine.
